Overview
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaping Helper (minimum 1-2 years experience) and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools
- Operate machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering solutions
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation to promote healthy growth
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, weeding, and debris removal
- Maintain mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment to troubleshoot minor issues and ensure proper operation
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks to create a secure working environment for yourself and team members
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping is mandatory
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators is a plus but not required; training will be available for suitable applicants
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance practices will help you excel in this role
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in outdoor conditions
