Novlan Bros. Sales is recruiting for the Service Writer position in our Paradise Hill, SK Agricultural Service Department.
Service Writer experience is preferable in Ag or Heavy Duty equipment, but we are willing to train the right candidate with automotive or other related experience. The successful candidate will be a team player, innovative and be able to handle a fast paced, and often stressful situations especially during the busy seeding and harvest seasons when our customers expect their equipment to be repaired correctly in a timely basis. An agricultural background is a definite asset.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Opening and closing work orders
- Answering phone calls and greeting customers for the dealership
- Booking appointments for the shop
- Adding parts to work orders
- Warranty submission and reconciliation
- Adjusting tech time
- Working closely with a large team of technicians, parts advisors and sales people.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and an ability to learn new software programs that are industry specific
- An Agricultural background, familiarity with agricultural equipment and terminology would be beneficial
- Ability to call customers on the phone and discuss repairs and costs.
- Must be able to commute, or relocate to, the Paradise Hill, SK. area.
