Are you a natural leader who loves education and thrives in a dynamic environment? Trillium College is on the hunt for an Academic & Operations Location Manager (AOLM) to keep our campus running smoothly and ensure students get the hands-on training they need to succeed!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support instructors—hiring, training, and making sure they shine.
- Be the go-to person for students—answer questions, solve problems, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep things organized—monitor attendance, ensure compliance, and maintain academic standards.
- Oversee campus operations—make sure our space is safe, clean, and set up for success.
- Bring the energy! We need someone who can foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in teaching, management, or leadership (bonus points if you’ve done all three!).
✔ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Tech-savviness—proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✔ A people-first mindset with a passion for education.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
