Sales Coordinator – Advisor Sales Channel

Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive sales coordination and administrative support to Advisor Sales Team and Product Specialist teams, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day execution and ad-hoc needs.
· Partner closely with sales, marketing, events, investment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of key processes and initiatives and continuous improvement of sales support processes.
· Collect, track, and maintain records of collaborative activities across Relationship Managers and Product Specialist teams to support leadership reporting on coverage, coordination, and effectiveness.
· Support onsite sales team needs at the office, including printing, shipping sales materials, managing physical collateral, and ensuring readiness for meetings and client engagements.
· Coordinate sales materials, promotional items, and logistics for small meetings, internal initiatives, and advisor-facing engagements.
· Provide light office and meeting support for internal senior leadership and sales meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and handling basic catering duties such as water and coffee setup.
· Process expenses, sponsorships, and administrative requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies.
· Leads and execute small sales person led events up to ~20 people.
· Manages expense reports for various sales team members.
MUST HAVE
· University degree or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience in financial services, or asset management industry
· 5+ years experience in:
· Sales support, administrative support and/or client service
· Communications
· Event management including planning and execution
· Project Management
· Experience supporting sales or distribution teams
· Experience executing and enforcing processes
· Experience interacting with and providing support for senior level leaders
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools including CoPilot, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· General understanding of investments and how sales driven firms operate
· 4-5 days per week in office
