About the Role:
We are looking for a proven sales performer who can manage existing accounts, generate new business, and build long-term customer relationships.
This is an inside/outside sales role requiring daily job site visits, phone calls and texts, consistent follow-up, and strong closing ability.
This is not an entry-level position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing and growing an existing book of business
- Prospecting and closing new accounts
- Visiting customers and job sites daily
- Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Following up on orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Driving repeat business through strong relationship management
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in construction or related industry
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Strong understanding of construction consumables (especially in the areas of concrete, stone, tools, safety equipment, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Laptop

What Success Looks Like:
- Typical target: $45,000+ in monthly sales, with strong upside for high performers
- Consistent customer visits and pipeline development
- Ability to maintain strong margins (not just volume)
Compensation:
- $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (3%-10%+ gross profit)
- Mileage reimbursement (CRA rate)
- Future performance bonuses
This role is designed for performance-driven sales professionals who want to maximize their earning potential.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour workday, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- field work + office/warehouse
