We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Support Staff to add to our manufacturing/anchoring division of Williams Form Hardware & Rockbolt (Canada) Ltd.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales activity of Outside Sales Representatives
- Work closely with Production, Shipping and Quality to ensure sure orders are processed , delivered accurately and on time.
- Work cooperatively with other Williams Form departments to ensure that our customers’ quality, delivery, and steel identification expectations are met.
- Understanding of all costs associated with material, production time and delivery.
- Working knowledge of the Health and Safety Portfolio.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- A great telephone presence
- A professional demeanor
- Self-motivated
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Health and Safety experience would be an asset
- Steel/Sales experience would be an asset
