We’re looking for motivated and reliable 1st and 2nd Year Sheet Metal Apprentices to join our growing plumbing, heating, and HVAC team. If you're eager to build your career in the sheet metal trade, gain hands-on experience with HVAC systems and ductwork installation, and work alongside experienced professionals, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:
- Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems for residential and commercial projects
- Install and modify ductwork, fittings, vents, and air distribution components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications with guidance from senior technicians
- Measure, cut, and prepare sheet metal materials accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with HVAC equipment installations, including air handlers, rooftop units, and ventilation systems
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Registered 1st or 2nd Year Sheet Metal Apprentice
- Interest in HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and the sheet metal trade
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
