About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Sales Associate (Key Holder) to join our Winnipeg showroom. This leadership-focused role combines sales, customer service and day-to-day showroom operations. Depending on the season, this position may be Part-Time or Full-Time, making it an excellent opportunity for post-secondary students seeking flexible hours and leadership experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Guide clients through custom and ready-to-wear purchases
- Open and close the showroom
- Support daily operations and merchandising
- Coach and assist fellow team members
- Help achieve showroom sales goals
- Build lasting client relationships
- Step in as leader on duty when required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Previous key holder or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Evening and weekend availability
- Post-secondary students are encouraged to apply
