Artree Studio is more than an art studio.
We are building a Creative Wellness Studio where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, discover creativity, and build meaningful relationships through hands-on artistic experiences.
Our programs begin with pottery painting, pottery handbuilding, and art & craft workshops, and will continue to expand into a wide range of creative wellness experiences including mixed media, seasonal crafts, plant wellness, tea experiences, and community-based creative programs.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals who believe art has the power to improve wellbeing and bring people together.
About the Role
As a Creative Wellness Instructor, you will facilitate engaging and welcoming creative experiences for children, adults, families, seniors, schools, community organizations, corporate teams, and government wellness programs.
This is more than teaching an art class.
You will help people relax, express themselves creatively, build confidence, and leave with meaningful experiences and handmade creations.
As Artree continues to grow, you will also have opportunities to help develop and lead new creative wellness programs.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate Creative Wellness workshops including pottery painting, pottery handbuilding, and a variety of art & craft activities.
* Lead engaging workshops for individuals, families, schools, community groups, corporate teams, and wellness organizations.
* Create a welcoming, supportive, relaxing, and inclusive environment for participants of all ages.
* Guide participants through creative experiences while encouraging mindfulness, connection, and self-expression.
* Prepare workshop materials and maintain a clean, organized studio.
* Assist with birthday parties, family events, community workshops, and corporate wellness sessions.
* Collaborate with the Artree team to develop new workshops, seasonal programs, and creative wellness experiences.
* Continue learning new creative techniques and mediums as our programs expand.

Previous experience with pottery painting is helpful but not required. We provide training and are more interested in your passion, attitude, and willingness to learn.
