We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial plaza and industrial warehouse construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction and project close-out.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects while monitoring costs, timelines, risks, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare project reports and communicate progress to senior management and clients.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
