We're growing our sales team and looking for motivated closers ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do
- Attend pre-scheduled in-home consultations with qualified Nova Scotia homeowners
- Conduct water quality assessments and walk customers through their results
- Present and close customized water treatment solutions tailored to each home
- Build rapport and follow a consultative, low-pressure sales process
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
- Track appointments and activity using CRM tools (training provided)
What We're Looking For
Preferred:
- 1–3+ years in outside sales, in-home sales, or a related field
- Background in home services, HVAC, security systems, or home improvement a strong asset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Required:
- Valid Nova Scotia driver's licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, trustworthy demeanor in residential settings
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
