Eco Paving is hiring a D2D Regional Sales Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our direct sales division across key markets in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. Our primary office is located in Coquitlam, BC.

This role is ideal for a proven field sales leader who knows how to recruit, train, coach, and hold a team accountable while building culture and driving real results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage Eco Paving’s door-to-door sales division across assigned territories
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent
- Coach team members in the field through ride-alongs, joint knocks, and daily performance support
- Run daily huddles, weekly one-on-ones, and team training sessions
- Build turf plans, assign territories, and ensure strong market coverage
- Track team KPIs, sales activity, estimate flow, conversions, and revenue performance
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, customer support, and operations to improve results
- Support the development of sales processes, scripts, tools, and training systems
- Step in to resolve escalated team or client issues when needed
- Help expand Eco Paving into new territories over time

Who You Are
- Experienced in managing direct sales or door-to-door teams
- A strong recruiter, coach, and field leader
- Highly organized and performance-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Able to motivate people, set standards, and hold others accountable
- Confident working with KPIs, CRM systems, reporting, and sales processes
- A strong communicator who leads from the front
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or a similar field environment
- 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Proven ability to build teams and hit performance targets
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 CAD, based on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000–$220,000+ CAD
