We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our customer support operations and ensure every client receives timely, professional, and friendly assistance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
- Assist customers with account information, orders, and general requests
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an asset)
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote or office environment
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
