Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and dedicated to delivering excellent preventive care and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and scalings
- Take dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and overall dental health
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and organized operatory following infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ontario
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
