Position Title: Brow Artist – Lamination Specialist

Compensation: 20% Commission
Availability Required: Minimum 2 days per week to start
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, skilled, and certified Brow Artist to join our growing beauty team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brows, client experience, and building a loyal clientele. While experience with waxing and threading is valuable, our primary focus is brow lamination services, so we are looking for someone who is already trained, certified, and ready to perform high-quality lamination treatments from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional brow lamination services safely and confidently
- Provide brow shaping through waxing, threading, tweezing, or trimming as needed
- Deliver personalized brow consultations based on face shape, brow goals, and maintenance needs
- Educate clients on aftercare and brow maintenance
- Recommend relevant brow and beauty retail products to enhance results
- Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and treatment room standards
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist in growing your client base through referrals and social media presence
Qualifications
- Certified in Brow Lamination (required)
- Previous brow artistry experience required
- Strong confidence in shaping, symmetry, and brow design
- Experience in waxing and/or threading preferred
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Self-motivated and able to build clientele independently
