Server / Hospitality Team Member Join the Team at The Golf Factory
The Golf Factory is Edmonton’s premier indoor golf facility, offering industry-leading TrackMan technology, leagues, tournaments, lessons, food and beverage service, and an exceptional experience for golfers year-round.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Hospitality Team on a part-time basis.

Position Summary
As a Server / Hospitality Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. You will assist with food and beverage service, facility hospitality, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service during their visit.
Position Details

- Evening and Weekend Availability Required
- Weekend shifts are mandatory

ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each visit
- Build positive relationships with members and guests
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment
Food & Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks to simulator bays and seating areas
- Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage preparation areas
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Facility Support
- Assist with general facility cleanliness and presentation
- Support special events, leagues, tournaments, and corporate functions
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure a first-class guest experience
QualificationsPreferred Skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Assets
- Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience
- ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Interest in golf or sports
- Experience preparing food and beverages
