Parts Department Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead the parts operations at a busy equipment dealership location in Moncton, New Brunswick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting both internal and external customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly merchandised showroom and product displays
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Complete parts ordering in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Monitor departmental financial performance and assist with budgeting activities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients
- Analyze operational reports and implement process improvements where needed
- Coordinate staff scheduling, vacation planning, and after-hours coverage
- Support the maintenance of departmental equipment, tools, and vehicles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a parts department, inventory management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and departmental operations
- Ability to interpret financial and operational reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends during peak periods
- Experience supervising or leading staff an asset
- Valid driver’s license
