Our Organization Prime Health Ltd. is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for Quality Control (QC) Technician - Documentation who can contribute in the following activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work Order Preparation & Issuance
- Prepare, review and issue Production Work Orders (FPD & BLK) based on Purchase Order.
- Assign lot numbers and expiry dates as per client-specific requirements.
- Review Work Orders for correctness, accuracy, calculation and coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, R&D, QA, and Inventory) for required updates.
- Verify and update work order details including packaging specifications, parameters, and special instructions.
- Issue barcodes and UPC information for new products as required.
- New Product Documentation & BOM Management
- Review all documents like Master Formula (MF), NPCS / Packaging Specifications, Approved Artwork for new products.
- Coordinate with R&D for finalized formulas, trials, Product Development Reports (PDR), and raw material part numbers.
- Create and maintain SAP BOMs for nutraceutical formulation (gummies, softgels, sachets, tablets, capsules, blends, and other).
- Assign and maintain part numbers for bulk products and packaging components.
- Coordinate with Inventory for creation of new raw material and packaging item codes.
- Sales Order & Documentation Review
- Review of Sales Orders and analyze all documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify missing manufacturing formulas, packaging specifications, testing requirements, or client approvals and maintain electronic and physical records of sales orders, formulas, labels, UPCs, foils, and artwork files.
- Provide packaging specifications and item codes to Sales for products not available in SAP.
- Coordinate with Sales and Sales Support for PO verification, packaging discrepancies, and special customer requirements.
- QMS & Compliance Documentation: Initiate and coordinate Change Controls (CC) for revision /modifications of related documents amd track for closing.Artwork, Label & Packaging Control
- Perform label, carton, foil, and leaflet proofing & ensure compliance with approved artwork and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Graphic Design for artwork revisions, die-line adjustments, and multilingual label formatting.
- Maintain artwork records including approved files, proofs, estimates, purchase orders, and physical samples.
- Obtain client approvals for labels, cartons, foils, and packaging materials prior to printing.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and printing vendors for label and packaging stock requirements.
- Verify barcode accuracy, color consistency, foil specifications, and print quality.
- Record Maintenance & Reporting
- Maintain end-to-end tracking for issued work orders, pending documents, testing status, and client requirements.
- Update lab testing trackers with current testing stages and client requirements.
- Ensure all controlled documents are properly archived and readily retrievable.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Review regulatory or country-specific requirements (e.g., KFDA-related material updates).
- Support development and review of new work order and documentation templates
- Coordinate with Cross-Functional Support (QA, Production, R&D, Packaging, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales teams) for documentation-related activities.
- Coordinate implementation of post-release changes in documents and the system as per the procedure.
- Ensure compliance with nutraceutical GMP, client requirements, and internal documentation procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Around 2 – 3 years of experience in QA/QC documentation is must.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, while working within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Team player with the ability to follow-up and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
