About The Position:
- Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)
- Ensure the retention of the book of business by providing quality customer service
- Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence
- Potential opportunity to work on the commercial line accounts in the future based on your performance
Job Requirements:
- Level 2 Alberta license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
- Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
- Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
- Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression
Benefits:
- $55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on the experience, plus bonus and commission
