About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can do more than just create content. The ideal candidate understands social media strategy, lead generation, paid advertising, AI tools, and how to turn views into sales opportunities. This person will manage multiple brands and social media accounts while helping drive growth across Canada and the United States.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Social Media Management
- Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation
- Film, edit, and produce engaging content for social media.
- Create TikToks, Reels, Stories, educational videos, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, training sessions, events, and product demonstrations.
- Create graphics, captions, and marketing assets.
- Organize and maintain a professional content library.
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Develop social media strategies that generate qualified leads.
- Create campaigns that drive inquiries, bookings, demos, and sales.
- Monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Build funnels that convert social media traffic into customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives.
Paid Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Boost posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting.
- Generate leads through paid campaigns and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with Google Ads is considered an asset.
AI & Automation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and other emerging platforms to improve efficiency and content creation.
- Leverage AI for content planning, caption writing, video editing, lead generation, and workflow automation.
- Research and implement new AI tools that improve marketing performance and productivity.
TikTok Growth & Management
- Manage and grow multiple TikTok accounts.
- Identify viral trends, sounds, and content opportunities.
- Create engaging short-form video content designed to maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, views, and conversions.
Marketing Support
- Support product launches, webinars, events, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with the sales, training, and leadership teams.
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships.
- Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns when required.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and community interactions.
- Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
- Experience running Meta Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical industries is an asset.
