Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team at TGI Fridays. Both of our locations (located instead the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview and Wyndham Grand Fallsview hotels) are currently hiring. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items and specials to guests.
- Assist with guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle phone calls professionally, taking reservations or answering questions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an asset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
