Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic plumbing company. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in new construction and existing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems
- Conduct inspections to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or system failures and perform necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols rigorously while working with construction materials and heavy equipment
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with building codes
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and blueprint reading is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, welding, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with construction processes including heavy lifting and basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates
- Knowledge of schematics for plumbing layouts and ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
- Valid driver’s license or experience in commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in similar environments demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills
