Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the assembly and production department
- Lead and support production employees in meeting operational goals
- Promote and enforce workplace health and safety procedures
- Create work schedules and assign production tasks
- Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Support ISO and quality management procedures related to manufacturing operations
- Participate in production meetings and provide status updates on projects
- Assist with labour planning and manufacturing estimates
- Coordinate hiring, training, performance management, and staffing activities
- Support overtime scheduling and production demands as required

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing, assembly, or heavy equipment production
- Skilled trade certification such as Millwright, Mechanic, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of industrial or mechanical equipment manufacturing processes
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience maintaining quality and safety standards within manufacturing operations
- Able to work overtime
