Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies and market research
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services, emphasizing features that meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product specifications and benefits to clients
- Engage in business development activities to expand the company's market presence in technology sales sectors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology, B2B, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to conduct inside sales via phone, email, or virtual meetings effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities
- Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles preferred but not required
