Job Responsibilities:
The Inventory Specialist manages purchase orders, invoices, inventory visibility, and return/credit processes across virtual and third-party warehouse environments. This role ensures accurate inventory planning and financial reconciliation aligned with Bento sales, franchisee demand, and future business plans.

Manage supplier invoice processing and reconciliation, including resolving duplicate invoices between WFDC Canada, Bento, AFC, and suppliers.

Support demand planning and manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including PO creation, supplier confirmation, ETA follow-up, and goods receipt validation.

Coordinate closely with suppliers, 3PL partners, Finance, and internal stakeholders to address inventory issues, delivery delays, and payment-related inquiries.

Monitor and manage inventory across virtual warehouses and 3PL locations, ensuring system accuracy and alignment with reports.

Establish and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels by SKU based on Bento sales data, forecasts, promotions, and future plans.

Maintain and track returns and credits between suppliers, Bento, AFC, and franchisees, ensuring proper documentation and timely financial closure.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, PO status, invoice discrepancies, and return/credit activity.

Communicate inventory risks, return trends, and financial impacts clearly and proactively.
Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or operations.

Experience managing virtual inventory, third-party warehouse (3PL) environments, and return/credit processes.

Strong understanding of PO management, inventory planning, and invoice reconciliation.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
