We are seeking an Assistant Condominium Property Manager to join our team near 16th and Yonge Street in Richmond Hill.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Reporting to the Senior Condominium Property Manager, this position will be responsible for facilities management, data entry, customer relationship management, property maintenance, contract administration, office administration, and phone etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry into property management software
- Manage resident relationships and ensure resident satisfaction
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with the Property Manager
- Administer contracts with vendors and service providers
- Utilize Building Link to track maintenance requests and work orders
- Assist with office administration tasks such as filing and answering phones
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in property management or related field preferred
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment and to take direction.
