Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to uphold health standards
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
