We are hiring an experienced Permit Coordinator to manage high-volume residential infill and multi-family projects in Edmonton.
This role is for someone who is:
- highly organized
- fast-moving
- detail-obsessed
- strong at follow-up
- capable of owning multiple active files at once
You will be responsible for keeping projects moving through:
- consultant coordination
- permit submissions
- city comments / revisions
- approvals
- pre-construction file management
You should apply if you:
- have real experience with permits and development coordination
- can manage multiple files without being micromanaged
- are excellent at chasing consultants and keeping deadlines on track
- are proactive, sharp, and calm under pressure
- know how to keep projects from getting stuck

- need constant reminders
- struggle with deadlines or organization
- wait to be told what to do
- have only general admin experience without real permit coordination experience
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience
- residential / multi-family permit experience
- Experience with city of Edmonton DP, and BP permit approval process is must. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive experience doing permitting from start to finish
- Edmonton / Alberta experience strongly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
