Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in various food service operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the food kiosk and contributing to a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist with food handling and preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests with their orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and Clover POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
