Social Media Lead / Content Strategist - Part-Time / Contract / Fractional
Good Behaviour is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Lead / Content Strategist to help strengthen and guide our digital presence.
This role is for someone with proven experience who understands that strong social media is not simply about posting more content. It is about creating a clear game plan, identifying opportunities, building campaigns, organizing priorities, and helping a team execute content with purpose.
We have internal support when it comes to content capture and content creation. This is not a role where you will be expected to personally film and produce everything yourself. Instead, you’ll be joining a team with existing creative resources and helping provide the strategic direction, structure, planning, and oversight needed to elevate our content and brand presence.
What we need is someone who can see the bigger picture. Someone who can connect business goals, brand identity, seasonal opportunities, launches, collaborations, events, and content into a cohesive strategy that helps Good Behaviour continue to grow.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real experience who can bring stronger judgment, better planning, and a more organized approach to how we create and distribute content.
What the role looks like
- Help lead the overall social media and content direction for Good Behaviour
- Build and maintain content calendars, campaign plans, shot lists, and posting priorities
- Work alongside content creators and internal team members to identify what should be captured, why it matters, and how it supports larger goals
- Develop larger-scale content initiatives tied to launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, pop-ups, and company milestones
- Help organize and prioritize content opportunities across multiple locations
- Review content performance and identify what is working, what is not, and where adjustments should be made
- Create stronger systems and processes around planning, approvals, execution, and reporting
- Help maintain consistency in voice, tone, and brand presence across platforms
- Work closely with ownership and leadership to align content efforts with broader business objectives
- Support long-term brand growth through thoughtful planning, strategy, and execution
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in social media strategy, content marketing, brand marketing, or a related field
- Someone who thinks strategically before they think tactically
- Strong instincts around content, storytelling, brand fit, and audience engagement
- Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and larger marketing initiatives
- Ability to direct creative projects and work collaboratively with content creators
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Someone who can build systems and processes, not just create more content
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A high level of accountability, initiative, and ownership
We’re looking for someone who can help us think bigger, plan better, and create a more sustainable marketing engine as Good Behaviour continues to grow.
