GWM Inc is seeking a highly organized and articulate Office Support Assistant with strong writing and communication skills. This role is ideal for a recent college or university graduate who excels in content creation, professional writing, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations while producing high‑quality written materials that support our internal processes, marketing efforts, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & Communication
- Write and edit professional emails, letters, proposals, and reports
- Create clear and engaging content for training manuals, SOPs, and staff documentation
- Assist with writing website content, social media posts, and marketing materials
- Draft internal communications and announcements for staff and management
- Ensure all written materials meet company standards for clarity, tone, and accuracy
Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and daily office tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support payroll preparation and employee record updates
- Prepare forms, templates, and documentation as needed
Operational & Team Support
- Assist in preparing training materials and onboarding documents
- Support management with meeting notes, agendas, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate communication between office staff, cleaners, and clients
Qualifications
- College or university graduate (English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and professional communication
- Proficient with computers, email, and office software
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Experience with content writing, administrative work, or customer service is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital tools is an advantage

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
