Primary Duties
- Greet every customer entering/exiting the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic directions/questions.
- Maintain strong visible presence at the entrance to deter theft and suspicious activity.
- Actively observe customer flow and report any concerns to store management and Axion Operations.
Conduct & Appearance
- Stay alert, standing at the entrance at all times.
- Maintain clean, professional uniform and positive body language.
- No phone use except for work-related communication.
Safety & Incident Duties
- Do not chase or physically engage suspects.
- Report all suspicious behaviour, theft attempts, or incidents immediately.
- Document all incidents before end of shift.
Additional Responsibilities
- Report hazards (spills, unsafe conditions) to store staff.
- Assist with maintaining cart flow and entrance safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
