You are a cook with proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You have a strong foundation in culinary techniques, a relentless drive for consistency, and a collaborative spirit. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a significant asset, but a passion for learning is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Execution & Station Management:
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with precision, speed, and consistency, adhering to our strict recipes and plating standards.
- Master all aspects of your assigned station (mise en place, cooking, plating, cleanup) during service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques essential to Italian cuisine.
Team Collaboration & Safety:
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and timely dish execution.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times (Food Safety Certification preferred).
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to quality standards.
Innovation & Growth:
- Contribute ideas and demonstrate the skill to participate in menu development and daily features.
- Show a willingness to learn and master new techniques, ingredients, and stations.
