Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's. In this role, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during shifts to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor team members on food preparation, safety standards, and customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service.
- Assist in scheduling staff to meet operational needs effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
