We are currently seeking a Full-Time Wellness Advisor to join our Duncan location. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers with vitamins, supplements, natural health products, and specialty grocery items.
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked, and organized displays.
- Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
- Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed on new products and industry trends through ongoing training.
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural living.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous retail, customer service, or wellness experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, or natural health products is an asset.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability Requirements
- This is a full-time position with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Must be available to work at least one shift on the weekend.
- Must be available to work occasional closing shifts until 6:30 p.m.
Preference will be given to candidates with flexible availability and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
