We are a locally owned and operated glass company with a reputation for providing quality residential and commercial glass, glazing, and specialty glass services throughout the Lower Mainland. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
Working closely with the owner, you'll play a key role in keeping our office organized, supporting daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position best suited to someone who thrives on staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and professional, with a passion for creating efficient systems and keeping an office running smoothly. No two days are exactly alike, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate the calendar
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare invoices
- Receive and process customer payments
- Enter bills and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with general office administration
- Support the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience using QuickBooks Online is required. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating invoices, processing customer payments, entering bills, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks within the software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in construction, trades, or a service-based business is considered an asset but is not required.
