Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles. Duties
- Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; wash windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Polish and wax vehicle surfaces to enhance appearance and protect paintwork
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report findings to management
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and in good condition
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
