Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and tools
- Utilize hand tools and power tools
- Conduct facilities maintenance , inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs or facility issues
- Ensure all safety standards are followed during cleaning and maintenance activities
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for cleaning
- Experience in construction tool cleaning
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for moving equipment or materials

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
