Almadina Language Charter Academy is currently seeking Substitute teachers on an ongoing basis for the 2025-2026 school year. These positions may be continued to the end of the school year.
The successful candidates will have:
-Current Alberta Teaching certificate
-Understanding of English language learners, benchmarking and instructional strategies
-Additional subject expertise and academic background in literacy and numeracy
-Proficiency with leveraging technology to support meaningful student learning and design thinking
-Knowledge of interdisciplinary learning and evidence based teaching methodologies
-Effective organizational skills
-Strong communication skills and ability to partner with parents to support learning
