Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness
- Restock buffet or serving stations throughout the shift to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy morning hours
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in breakfast or buffet settings
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require attentiveness and professionalism
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling practices
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee and beverage service
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
