The Career Foundation is hosting a Job Fair for Crossing Guards on behalf of one of Synergy Protection Group Inc. one of the employer partners
- Location: Toronto (Applicants must reside in postal codes M4, M5, or M6)

- Salary: From $18.99 per hour
- Number of Vacancies: Multiple
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe crossing of pedestrians at designated intersections.
- Monitor and coordinate pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow.
- Use a hand-held stop sign to signal traffic and ensure visibility.
- Maintain clear communication with crosswalk users and report incidents or hazards.
- Stay alert and responsive to changing traffic and weather conditions.
- Wear all required safety gear during shifts.
Requirements:
- Must reside in postal codes M4, M5, or M6 (no exceptions).
- Must provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check (cost reimbursed after 3 months).
- Strong alertness and judgment for safe decision-making.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and punctuality.
- Must be able to stand and be present during morning, lunch, and dismissal shifts on weekdays.
