Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and reliable professional to join our construction team. This role focuses primarily on renovations within institutional healthcare settings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading and commercial/institutional projects, while maintaining a respectful and considerate presence in active medical environments
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects
- Perform high-quality renovation work in institutional and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and finishing touches
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other construction machinery safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to institutional safety, noise, and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and facility management to complete projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields; apprenticeship experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of punctuality, strong attendance and dependability.
- Precision in millwork, Install of cabinets, flooring, tile, roofing, and other building components.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be comfortable working inside active healthcare and institutional settings.
- Exceptional awareness of surroundings, showing deep respect for patients, medical staff and visitors.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
