We are looking for a motivated and organized Accounts, Billing & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and send customer invoices and process payments.
* Follow up on outstanding accounts and customer balances.
* Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing records.
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
* Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments.
* Prepare quotes, work orders, and financing documents.
* Maintain accurate customer records using Jobber, QuickBooks, and CRM software.
* Assist customers with financing options and payment plans.
* Support the sales team by following up on leads and customer inquiries.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Perform general office administration and filing.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, customer service, or office administration.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
* Experience with Jobber or similar field service software is an asset.
* HVAC industry experience or HVAC sales experience is an asset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
