We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Travel Agent who enjoys helping clients find the best flight options while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, works well under pressure, and has a passion for sales, customer engagement, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings
- Provide the best available airfare options based on customer needs and budget
- Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Respond to inquiries quickly through phone, email, and social media platforms
- Assist in managing social media pages, customer messages, and promotional posts
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated on airline policies, fares, and travel requirements
Requirements
- Experience in travel sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Amadeus is an asset
- Basic social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Fluent in English; Punjabi/Hindi is an asset
