Job Description
NightOps Security is seeking professional and reliable Event Security Guards to join our growing team. Successful candidates will provide security services at concerts, festivals, corporate events, private functions, sporting events, and other special events throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure event premises.
- Control access points and verify credentials.
- Conduct foot patrols.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and event staff.
- Complete incident reports as required.
- Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous event security experience is an asset but not required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $17.20-$25.58 per hour
