The world we’re building within the Residential Property Management industry
- A world where renting isn’t a holding pattern - it’s a respected step toward home and stability.
- Where owners trust their investment is in expert hands, and residents feel genuinely cared for.
- Where property management is fast, modern, and human.
- We’re building that world in Saskatoon. We need a front line to support it.
The team & the mission
- You’ll be the heartbeat of our office — the first point of contact for every resident, owner, and prospective renter.
- You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Leasing & Service Departments, to find those who contact our office the perfect home.
- Your impact is direct: faster lease-ups, fewer dropped balls, and a reputation that makes Envision the easiest company in the city to deal with.
- This isn’t a back-office job. You set the tone for everything that follows.
How we work
- We move fast, because someone’s home or income is on the line.
- We hold the standard, because trust accounts, keys, and tenancies leave no room for “close enough.”
- We treat people like people, compassion is something you display in every conversation.
Read this part carefully
- This role is high-volume, high-contact, and high-trust.
- Phones ring. Walk-ins arrive. Inboxes fill. You’ll juggle all of it with a smile and a system.
- If that made you tense, this isn’t your seat.
If something inside you just said “YES” — keep reading.
The role
Role summary
- Own the front line of Envision — reception, phones, applications, keys, and communications — converting inquiries into applications and keeping the office running flawlessly so the rest of the team can perform.
Mission alignment
- Every welcoming call, fast follow-up, and perfectly tracked key builds the trust that lets Envision grow — and proves that modern property management can be both efficient and genuinely caring.
Six things you’ll love doing
1. Be the first hello — greet residents, owners, and prospects in person and by phone, and make them glad they called.
2. Turn leads into leases — own lead follow-up, application intake, processing, and clean hand-off to the leasing agent; chase the conversion.
3. Run the key & lockbox system — daily keys in/out for maintenance, lockbox control, and a system where every key is always accounted for.
4. Keep the engine humming — print and schedule work orders, manage maintenance scheduling and time-preference requests, send daily maintenance notices.
5. Master the inbox — manage email/text inboxes, forward condo & building notices to residents (and owners where applicable), and handle mail forwarding.
6. Open the doors — coordinate access to a property when needed, and back up Leasing & Service whenever they need you.
The person we’re looking for
You routinely…
- Light up a room (and a phone line). People feel your energy and warmth instantly.
- Own the outcome. An issue is your issue until it’s resolved — no “not my job.”
- Move with urgency. Same-day follow-up isn’t a goal; it’s your default speed.
- Lead with compassion. You remember every interaction touches someone’s home, money, or stress level — and you act like it.
- Think in systems. You learn our software fast, use it fully, and leverage AI platforms to save time and lift productivity — finding creative fixes inside the tools, not workarounds that break them.
- Protect the standard. Keys, applications, and tenant information are handled with care and discretion.
- Pull for the team. You make Leasing and Service faster and better by clearing their path before they ask.
- Want to grow. You’re hungry to get better — at this role, at this craft, at this company.
One last filter
We’re not hiring a seat-filler. We’re hiring someone who falls in love with what we do. They are fast, respectful, compassionate, what to belong to a highly productive team and do work that make us both the resident/renters choice and the investor/property owner’s choice. If you want a paycheck, there are easier jobs. If you want to matter, apply.
