Minimum Requirements:
- Safety training (will be provided in-house if required)
- Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- Worker Awareness
- Driver’s license with acceptable abstract
- Ability to use software and apps
- Ability to communicate with others effectively in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to work long days, overtime and weekends when required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Roofing Foreman
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and leadership skills necessary to oversee production jobs
- Safety is of great importance at Provincial Roofing and you will be required to follow or COR safety system
- Experience with all roofing systems (BUR, Mod-bit & Single-ply)
- Oversee all aspects as related to roof installations including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality.
- Insure that all specifications, shop drawings, and scope of work are being followed exactly
- Project reporting on a daily basis and as otherwise needed to your supervisor
- Maintain company vehicle as well as inventory of materials and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to lead & train new and existing crew members
