Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services during events and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, hospitality, or the restaurant industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner during banquets and events
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any special requests or concerns
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout events
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and guest service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong guest services and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper serving techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Familiarity with food preparation and serving standards in hotel or event settings is advantageous
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple responsibilities during busy events
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
