Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Truck Driver(AZ Required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste containers and debris to designated disposal sites. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient driving, and heavy lifting to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver waste containers at various locations.
- Load and unload containers, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Perform routine inspections of the truck before and after shifts to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, including moving containers or debris manually.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Valid AZ License and at least 2 years of verified experience operating tractor trailers, flatbeds or step decks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to truck operation and waste handling.
- Excellent communication skills and reliability in adhering to schedules.
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions and environments.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
