Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces following established recipes and quality standards
- Cook pizzas using various methods to ensure optimal taste and presentation
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety
- Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
- Manage multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pizza maker or in a similar food preparation role within the food industry or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations preferred
- Knowledge of the food service industry and restaurant workflows is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment as needed
- A passion for creating delicious food and providing excellent service
